Boyd was courteous and kind in setting up my complimentary hearing exam and consultation. Juli was very professional in assessing my hearing, from the history to the exam. She was generous in spending time with me, explaining her findings, making recommendations, checking out my phone speaker system, trying on a sample hearing aid, and giving me a neck band for my Covid double masks to ease the discomfort around my earlobe. I did not need hearing aids and she truthfully told me so. She also offered yearly hearing tests there because of my family history. It was an educational and pleasant experience today in a neat and clean office with easy access and parking. Many thanks!
